DOES EUROPEAN COLLISION REPAIR WORK WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY?
At European Collision Center we work with all insurance companies. We will negotiate on your behalf to ensure all damages are properly assessed, and repaired. We will inform you of your consumer rights and work with you through every step of the repair process. Our Staff is here to help you make arrangements for a rental car if needed.
CAN I TAKE MY CAR TO ANY AUTO REPAIR FACILITY?
Yes, you can! In fact it is one of your consumer right. Contrary to what any insurance adjuster will tell you, you as the owner of the vehicle have the final say as to who performs repairs on your vehicle. Insurance companies will often try to steer the customer into a repair shop they have a contract with which sometimes may be subpar facilities. These repair shops do not have the certification and technology to give you the best quality repair. If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
DO YOU ASSIST WITH GETTING A RENTAL CAR?

HOW LONG WILL THE REPAIRS TAKE?
Every repair is different, some will take 3 days while others may take up to 10 days depending on the severity of the accident. We always strive to complete the repairs in the allotted time shown on the repair estimate. In the unlikely event that we cannot deliver the car on time due to reasons outside our control (i.e. parts in backorder, acts of God, insurance company delays) we will coordinate with our Clients to minimize any inconvenience to them.Give us a call today at 305.661.2939.
DO I NEED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE VISITING A EUROPEAN CENTER LOCATION?
